The Design and Transportation Committees will seek to resolve discrepancy produced due to incorrect facts presented at Transportation Committee by applicant in April regarding 1248 Fairmont NW.  Results of meeting will be posted.  Also, the Committee conceded to ANC1E decisions regarding the McMillan project due to 1E’s jurisdiction with the McMillan Park project.  Inquiries will also be made to the Historic Preservation Board regarding its approval of projects circumventing ANC recommendations and approval.
