Street, NW. We've been instructed by
the Historic Preservation Office to contact the ANC 1B prior to any
submission to the HPRB.

amendment to the Howard University campus master plan to exclude lots 756-769
in Square 2882 in order to facilitate the approval of a mixed use planned
unit development (PUD) proposed at the northeast corner of Sherman Avenue and
Barry Place N.W. for which support is also sought. The case was filed with the Zoning
Commission on Friday, November 7th (Tracking Number:"tmp98") ;
however, no number can be assigned until Monday, Nov. 10th.

The
proposed renovation includes an egress window well for the front basement
windows that is similar to surrounding neighbors. The proposed renovation also includes a
rear addition that will match the height of the existing structure and stay
within the 60% allowable zoning limitations, and a roof deck on the rear
portion of the structure, both of which will not be visible from the street.

to ANC to approve historic renovations w/suggestion that cement not be used
as a material for rear.

to ANC the Zoning not to support side court trellis requirement.
